HOW DO I BUY?

Interested in purchasing a New Home Development Program home?

Visit our How to Buy page for details on how to apply, how to qualify, and the Houston Community Land Trust homebuying process.

CURRENTLY AVAILABLE HOMES

These homes were developed under the City of Houston and the Houston Land Bank’s New Home Development Program. These homes are available for sale to purchasers at 80% of Area Median Income or below, either through a conventional purchase or through the Houston Community Land Trust.

The affordable prices shown below reflect the home’s price when purchased through the Houston Community Land Trust. Homes can be purchased at the community land trust price if the income-eligible homebuyer agrees to place the land into the land trust to help preserve the home’s permanent affordability.
